3... they are way overpriced, their coffee is terrible, and half the time the baristas are rude/unknowledgable. Its all about Peets coffee or Bay Coffee Company in Pacifica.

I can't stand Starbucks coffee. I find it bitter and harsh. I always get heartburn from it. Coffee Time or Tim Horton's for me! One thing about Starbucks though... their little honey/nut/seed cakes are AMAZING.

I'd give them a 2. It always tastes burnt. Their coffee is waaaay overrated. There are so many other coffees that have a wonderful, robust and exquisite flavor, but Starbucks definitely doesn't fit into that category.

I have only had four shots in my iced venti 7 pump cin. dolce latte with whip!!! i have at least 3 or 4 a day!!!! they are awesome!!!

used to be a fan of starbucks but not so much now...it is some high octane caffeine...but kudos to those who love it....different strokes for different folks!

I'd give it a solid 2. It's garbage that I now only drink when traveling and on expenses. I mainly drink the Green Mountain coffee now. It's at least a 7.

After reading some of the comments below I see that people who like starbuck like the "Venti, Triple, Cinnamon Dolce Latte, x-hot"-type drinks. Those aren't bad because you can't taste the espresso in them. The actual coffe? Black with no sugar? Garbage.

4 maybe. I don't mind their flavored froo-froo stuff (mostly because it has enough flavor to disguise the burnt taste of the beans.

I get my coffee from "www.CoffeeShopofHorrors.com" not just a fun name, really awesome, extremely fresh coffee shipped right to your door.

There are also some wonderful locally owned coffee shops in town when I can't brew it myself!

I'd give it a 7. If your barista is good you'll never have a bad drink. They're prices are steep, but I like that I can walk into any Starbucks and and get my venti Starbucks Doubleshot the same way every time.

That being said, some places just blow them out of the water.

there coffee is fine,but it's not the first choice that i go for. that special coffee that keeps me coming back is pioneer coffee.....more rich,delicious,full bodied. hands down the best coffee at seattle. friendly staff and locally owned. so i give starbucks a 7.
